We have never had a microwave with a sensor before. This feature is great. Our food, coffee and tea are warmed to just the right temperature. This microwave is good looking. The fan works well underneath. The only thing I would change is the light underneath. It is not very bright.

Special ordered this microwave through Lowe's and received in perfect condition. Packaging was adequate for the product. Seems like sturdy construction and opperation has been simple. Little over two months of use and no complaints other than that the interior lighting is a little dim. *On a side note* I ordered another brand name microwave from another home store and in total 3 microwaves were dammaged during shipping. First was minor side damage and was told to install while replacement was ordered. Uninstalled and went to pick up new one which was damaged in the rear. Told to take first one back and use till next replacement. Installed. Uninstalled to pick replacement. This one damaged on rear and side. Management apologized but nothing for the 3 months of problems. Asked for refund and went to Lowe's.

two settings on fan don't work

does not have 4 fan speeds as indicated, only high and low. medium and medium high are the same as high. Defrost settings are awkward. no way to defrost a simple piece of bread without putting it on beef, poultry, fish or quick defrost. Have to stand in front of microwave and watch for 10 seconds

Top of the line Microwave. Stainless Interior, four fan speeds, very quiet. We had a top of the line Kenmore Microwave but this Whirlpool Microwave is even better. Lots of extra settings. Would highly recommend..... just a note, i almost never write reviews but this microwave is great
